EMPLOYEE SCREENING
Through prescreening questions, behavioral interviewing and testing, we develop an in-depth profile of each of our employees. In addition to skills, we determine temperament, ability to work under pressure and multitask, among other characteristics. Our computerized evaluations allow us to assess the range and depth of skills, to determine basic, intermediate or advanced ability. Custom testing enables us to recreate your work formats and test for specific skills or train to your specifications.
